Shipping and Deliveries

  • ORDER PREPARATION

Orders are carefully prepared by our logistics department and entrusted to the most suitable courier based on the size of the package and the destination . For locations classified as "difficult" by the couriers, additional fees may apply and estimated delivery times are 5-6 working days . In the event of delays, the order will still remain valid and cannot be cancelled.

  • SHIPMENT TRACKING
    Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking code , which will allow you to follow the delivery status in real time.

  • SHIPPING COSTS
    Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight and volume of your order. If you place multiple separate orders, shipping costs will be applied to each order individually .

  • LARGE SHIPMENTS
    Particularly large or heavy orders may be shipped on pallets to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

  • DELIVERY METHODS Deliveries are made at street level. No deliveries to the floor or by appointment are foreseen.

  • RECEIPT OF GOODS, VERIFICATION AND REPORTS
    Upon delivery, always check the integrity of the package before accepting it. If you notice visible damage (open package, wet, sound of broken glass, etc.), choose one of the following options:
    Accept subject to inspection and report the problem.
    Refuse delivery if the damage is evident and documentable.
